Having just completed a round trip on MK CDG-MRU-CDG, there's one thing that wasn't mentioned, as far as I can see.
MK runs "old" A343s and "new" A343s on the route. I haven't been able to work out how to distinguish them, the seat plan is the same. The "old" A343s have the most uncomfortable seat I've experienced ever. Even Ms ok986, who usually sleeps like a baby on board, couldn't get a shut eye. The IFE on the "old" A343s consists of six movies which are played centrally at the same time, so if you switch from Channel 1 to Channel 4 after 30 minutes, you lost 30 minutes of Channel 4. The movies are looped, and do not correspond to what is written in the guidebook at the end of the inflight magazine. The airshow consists of brief info about the flight followed by long ad for MK.
The "new" A343s are rather comfy (though the legroom is criminally small), and the IFE is on par with the industry standards of a few years ago.
The breakfast on MK was extremely copious - one hour before arrival to CDG, a tray appeared which carried a pastry with creme patissiere, a piece of nut bread, a bread roll, some butter, papaya confiture, a package of tropical juice, a fruit bowl, a vanilla yogurt. Coffee and tea were served and refilled.
