Deterioration of Service?
Not really. Unless you count zero response to multiple emails sent to Platinum Concierge about a reservation they screwed up; no response to a lengthy letter sent to the General Manager of the Toronto Sheraton Centre about how they ruined our honeymoon; the lack of response from management after being rescued by fire department from being stuck in the elevator for half an hour at the Sheraton Old Town Alexandria; or having my Lifetime Platinum status erased from my online profile, now restored after I complained, with no apology or explanation.
I am finding, however, my stays are Marriott are less uneventful...
