I used this a week ago. Applied on a Friday (which would have been very late friday night or early saturday morning in Vietnam)...since it was a weekend and holiday, email came to be on Tuesday. Everything was smooth and very good transaction. This is my first time using them, but I don't see any issues. I received via PDF the approval letter along with the entry form.

I will be arriving at 10pm on JL on a Saturday night...visa pro offers fast track service for $20...stating that I won't have to wait in line and visa will take about 15 mins. Thoughts on this? Is the VOA line that bad? If paying $20 saves me 20 mins or more, I'd say it was a decent expense. Since I will be sitting towards the mid-back of the plane from NRT, I'd be behind quite a few just on my plane alone. Thank you.
