I find it hard to believe (but I guess not impossible) that a cabin crew member would shout to a passenger that they have to get out! They may have asked (if unforgivably the message hadn't got to them about the broken toilets and the WTP being allowed to use the toilets up front), but shouting is highly unlikely and I would say unacceptable.
Because this is British, and they are much more respectful and courteous than their counterparts across the Pond?
