I am sure this story has become exaggerated.
i believe fully that perhaps some toilets were out of order, and I believe that the WTP customers were told they could use the Club Toilets.
I can understand that Club customer may get frustrated by this but we are limited to a couple of possible solutions, one of which would be to allow WTP passengers to use the club toilets.
I find it hard to believe (but I guess not impossible) that a cabin crew member would shout to a passenger that they have to get out! They may have asked (if unforgivably the message hadn't got to them about the broken toilets and the WTP being allowed to use the toilets up front), but shouting is highly unlikely and I would say unacceptable.
