My partner's sister and her friend was on BA28 HKG to LHR last night in WTP. Two toilets were broken in WT meaning there were only three toilets for WTP and WT. The flight attendant came and told all the WTP passengers that they were allowed to use the CW toilets. She even said to take advantage of the elemis products in the lavatories.
When they tried to use the CW toilets, they had a passenger hysterically telling them "you can't use these toilets! I pay to be in business class and you can't use these toilets." At this point a flight attendant came over and shouted at them "get out of this cabin, you can't be here".
Shocked, they went back to economy and told the WT flight attendant what had happened, mostly horrified about the way the CW flight attendant had spoken to them, and she profusely apologised. The purser later came and apologised and made it up by bringing drinks etc etc.
