No, it is free, I know it is confusing but it is free, I was there last month. When you take it from the airport it stops outside terminal 2. It also drops off only outside terminal 2 (terminal 3 is a two-minute walk). When you take it from the hotel you need to reserve it when you check in because it may fill up for the time you want it, it fills up fast.
