You could disable notifications (audible or pop up) for the BA app - but I do actually want push notifications from BA, because I like to know when it's time to check in, or when my gate is open. BA have provided an opt-out of the adverts in the app, which is good - and which has been covered a number of times in this thread (including in my post)...
