Where are you trying to get to, trip wise, and when? The more details you give, the more we can help.

With what you've given, I can say/do, absolutely nothing.

Edit: Bucarest and Capt Town? Same trip or different? Either way you're gonna need a hella lot more Skypesos than you currently have.
