Is it my luck or is this becoming a common issue? I've been on two regional jet flights in the past 3 weeks and the lav had no water, so there was no way to flush the comode, they had no way to wash hands, instead the FAs threw some hand sanitizer packets in the lav ink and there was also no water to make coffee. I sent a tweet to UA, all I got back was a couple of canned replies.
