What if you use the lounge THEN proceed to refund? Imagine all possible lounge access scenarios (status-based, guesting someone, Int F followed by refund).

Yes, I'm aware of the LH case (36 times, one offender) and the Chinese case with 200+ visits. But let's say a few times a year vs. 200+ flown flights a year?
