I agree--I have stayed there twice. Hotel Lavoisier (****) is the Tourville's sister hotel. It is near the Opera. Hotel Verneuil (***) in the 6eme arr. is also very nice. I have heard good things about Hotel du Champs de Mars (**), which is close to the Tourville (7eme arr.).
