I was there a couple weeks ago as a QR J passenger. You'll be able to access the premium lounge in terminal E. The check in agent let us know that we could use the lounge. The food is better than what's offered in the Admiral's clubs and the alcohol is all self-service. The decor and furniture could use some updating, however.
