Pronunciation rules in Spanish are pretty clear and simple. Words written without an accent and ending with a consonant (except n, s) are stressed on the last syllable. The company is not writing it with an accent, and it is ending with m, therefore clearly the last syllable (tam) is to be stressed.

"Clear and simple" or not, LATAM has plenty of flyers from non-Spanish speaking (why, including Brazil) countries, servicing several of them, and then also, there's espaņol, and then there's argentino
