We had booked a trip to Thailand on AirAsia flights from Bangalore(BLR) to Bangkok(DMK) and paid with US Bank Club Carlson card(Was meeting min.spend).
My wife's pregnancy test came positive and now doctor is advising us to not to travel. I wanted to know if this comes under medical emergency and can be refunded by US Bank as a travel insurance benefit.
Dealing with AirAsia is such a pain, instead I would rather deal with US Bank. Any experience by others?
