I second this, it is a bit of a negative impact from the previous setup where you went from priority immigration to priority security. Now you have Fast track security but then you need to join the masses at passport control. The passport control priority lane is only for privium members.

In my case security was ok, but the immigration queue was horrendous with E-Passport machines needing a manual check 3 out of 4 times and unclear signage. Even non EU passport holders got into the queue with the second set of E-Passport readers that have no sign above them that they are for EU only not helping the situation.

The general warning is indeed that this summer, take more time for clearing security and I,migration as major queues are expected in AMS.
