Loyaltylobby own the spreadsheet as it was their work to put it together, specfically at the time to show which hotels went up+down in points (thus 2 colums wih before/after points with colour coded lines to show which hotels stayed-same/cost-more/cost-less). You are invited to download from LL for your personal use. That was PDF only but update in April 2014 has excel version
The 2014 excel file already has headers that you need to sort columns on.

Scripts to remove excel sheet locking are free and available via simple google search. It took me less than 10minutes to unlock the LL sheet, add headers and sort for my needs.

Actually, easier to just download and use freeware openoffice
(rather than use microsoft-office product and have to hack the sheet protection !)

c)remove sheet protection Tools->Protect Document->Sheet (untick sheets tick)

d)Sort as desired Data->Sort
