Of course not - I can read the T&C as well as anyone, I was just saying that having purchased a ticket under a certain set of T&C, whether it be using Avios points or cash, I agree to those T&C, and BA does the same.
If you've read the TnCs then you'll know you should have been charged more Avios.
Still, at least you didn't put BA's mistake on a public forum they monitor.
