No longer receiving ticket confirmation emails
Is this happening to anyone else? I've purchased two tickets in the past week on AA, did not receive a confirmation email. This has never happened before. I checked on AA.com a few hours after clicking purchase and the status does say "ticketed", but I never got a confirmation. Checked my spam folder too - nothing. Reason I ask is I can't figure out how to access the fare rules from the "my trips" section. I may be just overlooking it. May have to change one of the tickets and wanted to confirm that it was a flexible fare, but I want to be able to do that without being on hold for an hour!
