As long as it's not too much hardship to move hotels, I would definitely burn those CC points and be done with CC. They are close to useless after the category creep devaluation where anything decent costs 70K points per night.

I would also consider Points & Cash for the Andaz. Decent price per point saved and comes with status and promo credit...

In fact, if it was me I might consider starting at the Andaz, moving to a Radisson and then back to the Andaz again, to pick up 2 stay credits and diamond amenity points, but even I recognise that might be considered excessive...
