Presumably the underlying fare rules still govern any changes though, no? So for example if there's a £300 date change fee on your underlying I fare, which you UuA'd to F, if you then want to change the date you'll pay the £300 fee plus the £35 avios fee, plus potentially the £15 phone fee (plus of course any fare difference if applicable)?
