Easiest way for me, is to take the excel spreadsheet John of Loyaltylobby created at last big points changes
Ok a few new hotels are missing, but if imissing hotel is one I use I can add it to the sheet

1. run password removal script
2. Add headers to column to allow sorting
3. Sort / Include / Exclude hotel-name-rows as required, based on one or more header columns
4. I typically sorted my copy by points within country
