I've checked in OK just now solely via the App, however my Android version is 27 April ( App 4.3, d/b 5.7), 3 May isn't coming up as an option for me.
I have a windows phone and I had no problem checking in and getting a mobile boarding pass earlier for a flight from LHR tomorrow lunch time. I don't usually use my iPad or work android phone for BA but I can get a boarding pass on both of them without a problem too.
