This. If the hotel has ridiculous MLOS requirements, and you have access to a rate without an EDF, let them eat it and deal with not being able to sell 5 additional nights until 24 hours before.

Why waste 90 minutes of your precious time? Especially given these rates usually come with no prepaid requirement so you are literally out nothing by making a longer reservation.

And no, I have not experienced declines in service...if anything, improvements as others have reported.
