I have refered my wife for the BA PP Card and was hoping she would earn the sign up bonus by purchasing the foreign currency for our upcoming holiday on the new Amex. Went to the usual BA Amex site for currency purchase to find out it's now closed!

Any suggestions on where else I can use an Amex to purchase currency which doesn't count as a cash withdrawal and earns avios?
