Anyone managed to book Agoda or Booking.com rooms and use the Citi 4th night free benefit? Agoda doesn't really have a "number" to call and it seems like Citi has to book rooms that way.

I've never found the OTA deals to be better than the 4th night free, but I always compare. If it were, I would book with the OTA. You can't ask Citi to book with Agoda. That would be like asking Hotels.com to book with their competitor.
