Once inside the cabin, the improvement in boarding and deplaning times and ambience while doing so was noticeable.
As long as they lose bags and can take tens of extra minutes waiting for bags at baggage claim, this would ensure 100% of my business goes elsewhere. Just not worth it - the hard product is the exact same as Wizzair IMO, so why pay for more hassles. Even the LCCs aren't that customer abusive.
