Free full breakfast buffet for up to 4 registered room guests at on site restaurant "Scene on Main". M-F 6:30am-11am, Sa-Su 7am-12p. Regular price is $19

1k amenity welcome points or choose from a list of choices from hotel. Not terrible if using C&P@4k+$55 (get 1k back). 8k is free room rate, and avg daily rate is $108-126 daily I found. Room upgrades not sure yet.
