I've just completed a TP run with 8 of the flights on AA and the main difference I found was that the AA service whilst professional enough was somewhat cold and mechanical, whereas BA seem to deliver service with a warm feeling. BA crews always make me feel as if they see me as an actual person and not just a seat number.
