Hi,
I am LATAM PASS card holder, I flew LAN 27th and 30th April. As you can see you can not access to your statment in LAN WEBSITE, today Latam update the website to the new domain latam.com. The LATAM FFP based at a is been updated, so points and kms accrual is suspended at the moment. The new be data may be avaliable during this week, when the statment is avaliable the points and kms will appear.
