So I just tried to book travel using this code.

Attempt 1: ICN-YYZ-PVG - it tells me " open jaw not permitted"

Attempt 2: ICN-YYZ-PVG - it tells me " not eligible detination", and
comes up with a list of Canadian cities only that are eligible.

Can anyone tell me what gives?
