G. The Pool and Future Plans

This is the important bit. In Mar 2016 the pool area was being refurbished, to the extent that it was not usable. It will be a sports centre and a gym will be added.

At the opposite end of the hotel near the marina, they are constructing a new set of rooms, a spa, and conference facilities IIRC. I don't remember if a Club Lounge will be added but this is the logical place to put it. This is not expected to be ready till year-end. I suppose the higher-end rooms like suites etc will be there. Only time will tell if Plats get upgraded to the new wing... hotels have this habit of calling any new wing the "Tower" and denying upgrades to it unless you book rooms there.
