How far out do they typically switch aircraft? Over Christmas they are showing the 319. People plan fairly far out for that time of year and with such a small aircraft, you would end up flying a half empty 777 last minute. They would need to sell up to at least the capacity of the 767 that fkew full last year.
Looking like an annual event. A319 shows now, when winter schedule comes out the change gets noted into a B763/A321 or when required this past winter a B777(4 times IIRC)
