Quick question on this hotel. I always book my work travel through Concur/Amex Travel and have never had an issue with getting elite credits for my stays (i qualify for Platinum every year through stays, not nights).

The booking I made through Amex for 11 Howard in June doesn't show up in MySPG, and on the SPG website it says credits are only available when booked through an SPG channel like the app or the website.

I am not sure what to make of it since I always assume I could get elite credits for any SPG hotel while booking through Concur/Amex.

If anyone with experience on this or experience at this hotel can chime in, that would be great.

Oh, and I can always cancel this booking and go back to the Sheraton Tribeca but I wanted to try this hotel since it is a new addition to SPG
