I found that hotels.com had a better selection of < 100 GBP hotels in London than did Travelocity or Expedia.

Just got back from London. Stayed at the Club Quarters right next to St. Paul's for $100. Nice, modern, businiess hotel with free internet usage (WiFi or PC in lobby). Biggest downside was that there's not much open around there on weekends.
