I know the sharing of great codes/strategies/experience, etc. is a topic that is often debated on Flyertalk, eg posting them can cause great deals/strategies/experience to go "poof". Anything that brings a post to the attention of lots of members, also can bring the attention of those agencies who monitor these sites. I know personally, I have several strategies, tips, that work well for me, but which I never share, for that very reason.

I'm sure this same dilemma will exist forever, and certainly don't wish to re-start a topic that I'm sure has appeared on Flyertalk a zillion times, not only with car rental agencies, but airlines, hotels, etc.

Nice to be part of a community to share stuff, bummer when you have to worry that someone is looking over your shoulder to take it away. Gawd, the internet is great...
