Lounges, need to simply have consistent and logical admit policies that are highly predictable and not based on the mood of each individual agent.

The whole experience just needs to be more consistent and predictable, that would solve about 90% of the problems that cause air rage.
Even if these issues are not adequately addressed, responding to them with "air rage" is never appropriate. (That's not to say that the above listed issues are the definitive source of air rage)

I just hate to see even the hint of an excuse provided for such a selfish, stupid, violent act.
