I'm hoping I can borrow some of your help and knowledge...

I had a Reward flight ticket for my partner and I from LHR to CPH in ET and spotted today that CE seats were available - couldn't upgrade online, so called and they have done it on the phone.

It was an extra few thousand avios and £7.50 tax each i think... but also a £35 charge for 'changing the ticket' is this correct?

I checked online T&C's and can only see a £35 charge for date / time changes. I only changed the class of travel.
