I've had evian on flights too, but I've never figured out the rule for which flights do this. I think they had dasani on my last NRT trip, so maybe they just use the locally procured evian when there isn't enough dasani left from the inbound flight. Perhaps some of the other Asian stations such as BKK and SIN can get dasani, so that it's more likely on aircraft coming into NRT on those routes.
