Ok, a business traveller has booked purely domestic Lufthansa flights on united.com.
Plating carrier is United. The e-ticket receipt does not indicate any VAT.
Well, the accounting department has some trouble with this receipt.
Was UA allowed to not charge VAT for the ticket portion?
