In theory, you can. Per Chase:

Since your last bonus was 2 years ago, so as soon as you cancel the card, you are supposed to be qualified again.

It is best not to do so. Beside:

1. AMEX implement 1 offer per lifetime restriction. So there is no rush unless you need it.

2. Citi offers Hilton as well.
