If you are into shopping, there is a plethora of chain and high end shops available. Check out the website for the choices in each terminal but LHR is not called a shopping centre with runways attached for nothing.

If you want to drop some cash the airport will provide a Personal Shopping service which, amongst other things, will get you into other terminals if your shopping requires it.
