I don't get it, of all the airlines I've been on(Asian and European carriers), the ones that have business and/or first class also have better and more comfortable economy seats than most of the budget airlines that only have one style of seat.

I would much rather walk past the business/first seats to get a better economy seat than to have a plane full of bad seats all the same.
