Oh by all means the train if you have time. It is actually pleasant! A pleasant travelling experience is too rare to pass up. It is comfortable, relaxing and the the views are nice. I vastly prefer it. We usually buy first class, have some food and wine, but have done coach also and it is far better than flying coach on what is effectively a flying bus. Smell the roses, take the Eurostar.
