Even some cards are nice to keep, the principle of churning is to aim for the opening bonus.
Are you saying we can cancel SP and Freedom and reapply to get the bonuses again immediately? Is it risky?
Also Hilton Honors card from Amex is available right now. Can we get approvals for two Amex card in one churn (SPG and hiton)?
