Have you tried those? Just add in the "notes" field that the rates on both sites are non-refundable. The LNF team may not notice or care about Marriott's one-day exception. (That's certainly worked for me in the past at some other hotels.)
Then, of course, be ready to cancel if you don't get the LNF approved within that 1 day.
