Oh, I was having it in the main lobby. I had it on the second floor during my last stay and it wasn't as busy, but I feel like they might have closed that and moved it all the first floor. I'll double check tomorrow.
One of my stays here was a five night stay close to Christmas and coincided with an international soccer friendly. It was definitely packed but it wasn't that bad if you arrived early. Also, isn't it Golden Week right now? I've heard its one of the busiest travel periods in Japan.
