You can book them over phone but cannot select online as they are the bassinet seats. If you do select 2C/D over phone just be aware that you will be asked to move indeed there is a reqt by a fellow pax with an infant who requires bassinet facility.
Edit: Best I clarify this - 2C/D are the bassinet seats in R (Suites on 380) - 2C/D are readily available to book online in F (First Class on 777s) - bassinet seat for 777 will show 2A online and you cannot select this online either - but indeed the bassinet seat on 777s is actually 1A and cannot be 2A as bassinet must be suspended from bulk head. NO idea why this anomaly occurs and I have pointed it out to SQ like 100 times but no change.

Really? I normally go for 1F and seem to remember they have 3 windows as well... can't remember if row 2 does or not.
1A/F and 3A/F all have 3 windows IIRC.
