You would have to go through the exit passport control to get to the lounge, then would have a very difficult time getting back though immigration to enter the country the second time.

I suggest, instead, getting a hotel room near the airport and getting your shower there. You might also be able to get a short nap in, as well, in a comfortable bed in total privacy and security.
