She received her KTN within 24 hours. Me? It's May 3rd, I'll be flying fairly soon, and mine still says "APPLICATION PROCESSING
Your application has been received and your security threat assessment (STA) is underway."
What gives? I have no "record," and we were there at the EXACT SAME TIME.
It happens. Our approvals were the reverse. I got my approval email before I got back to my SUV after the interview. Wife, who has an active advanced security clearance and the faultless record to go with it, didn't get hers for almost three weeks. Go figure.
